Albi و Rouhi began quietly.

Not from a plan, but from a feeling that something was missing. Not dramatically, just enough to notice. Life was moving fast, and somewhere in the middle of it I started craving something more intentional. More grounding.

On impulse, maybe intuition, I signed up for a yoga teacher training before I had ever taken a real class. I wasn't the girl who'd been practicing for years. I just knew something was calling me, and for the first time in a long time, I listened.

That decision changed everything. It's also where I met one of my closest friends.

Albi و Rouhi, my heart, my soul, is what grew from that.
