The mats
What are the mats made of?
A premium PU top layer over a natural rubber base. The PU gives you a soft surface with a strong, quiet grip. The rubber underneath gives you the weight and the stillness. It stays where you put it.
What size are the mats?
72" long, 27" wide, 4.5mm thick. A little wider and a little thicker than a standard mat: room to lie down fully in savasana, and enough cushion to soften the floor under your knees.
Are they good for beginners?
Yes. The mats were made for every kind of practice: first class, hundredth class, the slow morning, the longer flow. They meet you wherever you are.
Will they grip when I sweat?
Yes. The PU surface actually grips better with a little moisture. The more you move, the more it holds.
When your mat arrives
There's a faint scent.
Natural rubber has a quiet smell when it's new. Unroll the mat, let it breathe for a day or two in open air, and it will settle.
Caring for it
How do I clean it?
A soft cloth, water, and a mild non-oil-based soap. Wipe gently after practice. Let it air dry fully before you roll it.
Please don't use harsh chemicals, essential oils, alcohol sprays, or soak it in water — they all break down the surface over time.
How should I store it?
Rolled with the practice side facing out, somewhere cool and dry, away from long stretches of direct sun.
Can I leave it in the car?
Better not to. Heat is hard on the natural rubber and shortens the life of the mat.

Where do you ship?

How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 2–3 business days and arrive within 5–7 business days after that. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it goes out.
Does the mat come with anything?
Every mat ships with a carrying strap.
Can I return a mat?
Mats are personal. For hygiene, we can't accept returns on opened or used mats unless they arrived damaged or defective.

What does Albi و Rouhi mean?
Albi is my heart. Rouhi is my soul. The و in between is the Arabic word for and, the small character that holds the two together.
