About us. Albi و Rouhi is a small brand operated by Albi و Rouhi LLC out of Fayetteville, Georgia. When we say "we," "us," or "our," we mean Albi و Rouhi. When we say "you," we mean you, the visitor or customer.

Using our site. You're welcome to browse, share, and shop. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse service, cancel orders, or remove content at our discretion.

Products and pricing. We do our best to represent each mat accurately through photographs and descriptions. Our mats may have small variations in color, texture, and finish, which are natural to the materials and not defects. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice.

Orders. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Returns. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled under our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property. All content on this site, including photography, illustrations, the wordmark, written copy, and the design itself, belongs to Albi و Rouhi. Please don't reproduce or republish it without our permission.

Health and use. Our mats are intended for personal wellness and exercise use. They are not medical devices, and nothing we provide is medical advice. Please use good judgment, and consult a healthcare professional before beginning any new physical practice.

Limitation of liability. We aren't liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse of our products, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date above.
