Shipping policy

Every Albi و Rouhi order is packed and shipped with care from our studio in Fayetteville, Georgia.

Processing. Orders are prepared within 2 to 3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping and rates. Standard shipping is free on all US orders. If you'd like it sooner, express shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost.

Delivery times. Orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days after they leave the studio, depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.

Delays. Once a package is with the carrier, delivery times are outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, write to us at hello@albirouhi.com and we'll help resolve it.

Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't able to reroute packages once they've shipped, and we can't replace orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
